Filtering invoices
Filtering invoices, for eg to hide closed invoices so only invoices outstanding can be viewed.
Sometimes, outstanding invoices appear on the 2nd, 3rd page and are then “forgotten” about.
Can a filter drop down be added to filter the invoices list, by for eg viewed, or draft etc.

November 25, 2010The option here to narrow the list for the first set is to delete invoices.
You would probably never want to do that.
A simple checkboxe to remove closed/settled invoices would been better.

Entering the string “draft sent viewed paid” will filter out the closed invoices from the list.
We’ll introduce an option to have saved filters soon.

August 27, 2010Yeah, the current filtering is not the ideal. We are working on improving the filtering and sorting capabilities of the app, which would solve these issues.
We’ll let you know when those updates becomes available.
