"Send Invoice" settings keep changing.
The checked settings in “Send Invoice” seem to change randomly (recipients, bcc and PDF). Is there way to save defaults?

We believe settings for a client would remain the same on most instances. If there’s a change, you can simply tick the boxes before sending it.
